Drum 465 lbs., Isophthalic Polyester Tooling Resin, Price Per Pound
This is a great structural and tooling resin. Used in mold making for its low shrink properties and great physical properties.
Reichhold 6631 isophthalic resin is a time proven corrosion and temperature resistant resin. FDA approvable for food contact appications, it can also meet MIL Specs, contact us for more information.
Cures with a surface tack to allow subsequent layers to be laminated over it without needing to sand between coats.
Surface Agent can be added to the resin to get a smooth tack free surface. Requires MEKP to cure.
Works well with all our fiberglass fabrics, chop strand mat, fiberglass knit fabrics, and woven roving.
